Welcome to Andieland ---- The mind is like a parachute, for it to work it must first be open.

Continues...

She knew it would take time, an adjustment period, to learn to live with someone new. It seemed everthing was an adjustment though.  She also believed with all of her heart, that if she was having a baby with this man, obviously God intended him to be a father to her. So she did her best at evey possible turn.

Firstly, she didn't really understand that people, meaning his friends and family "peeps", lived they way they did. Drink and carry on during  the week. Before they lived together, she rarely saw these friends. Now they were abundant. She didn't mind too much other than when she tired or was hormonal. Then when the couple would talk about the situation, he would be drunk, she would be stressed and she would have to go lay down. BUT He would tell her not to worry because "once the baby was here, every thing will change".

Then there was his job and the lack of hers. This young man told over and over that he rather her not have to work, being that the pregnacy was so rough both physically and mentally on her she really couldn't work anyway. His job was seasonal and he wasn't highly paid but he did have a job, most of the time. He worked for a subcontractor and was only paid by the job. Because of this he picked up alot of "side-jobs" with his brother and friends.  No matter how many jobs he took or how many hours he worked the budget she tried so hard to follow came up short. He always had an excuse, the job didn't pay out what is was supposed to, they took out taxes this week, I owed so/so money. Then there was the amount of beer he bought. She always found it funny he always had money for beer or.  For what ever reason, no one told her then. She knew but couldn't even tell herself. She never saw it. NO ONE said a word.

Well, the money wasn't working and this young lady was just getting sicker and hotter and even more uncomfortable as this pregnacy goes on. So in a glimpse of sanity, the young man decides that for 100 dollars cheaper rent, they will move into a trailer, that the girl'a aunt and uncle own. It was two blocks away from her mom and dad ( safe right?), closer to the hospital and right next door to:::: the coke dealer - TADA.
