Well, I originally got on line today to find a new job. I've been working for the same company now for seven years. I currantly work as a sever (waitress). I have worked every job in these resturants except managment. Anyway, this past thursday I went to work and had stopped at the drugstore to pick up my migraine medication. Well when I got there I got myself some water and was about to take my meds when one of my managers (she was a waitress for years and even trained me at a different store), came up to me and told me that my OP, operating partner (the head dude), wanted me out of the building and not to come back in the condition I was in ever! Well I tried to talk to her. I would have been fine in an hour, but she wasn't hearing me. She got louder and embaressed me to the point of me leaving hysterically crying. I called later that evening and talk to my OP and explained  myself and he was somewhat understanding. The fact, though, still remains this one woman has been on my ass for months now like she is queen shit. I know more about our company than most of the managers and I never get promoted. Here lately, people that I work with are actually being demoted. I'm not sure what to do. I know I'll be "punished" unofficailly of couse. I have always resected my job and the company I work for. No one could ever say anything bad about Fatz Cafe,  or I would get defensive, but now I'm the one getting disrespected. Seven years and I get shitted on. I requested off yesterday, so tonight will be my first night back scince this whole ordeal went down and my OP is out of town. I want to rip this woman limb from limb. I hope she won't be there but lately I haven't been blessed with that kind of  luck. Not working thursday cost me 60-80 dollars. Now I'll probably get some small section that no money can be made in. In all modesty I am awesome at my job and I have people come to eat just for me to wait on them. So what now, I have a medical condition that causes my eyes to swell up and If the migraines don't punish me enough, now my employers add to my pain. No one here has any suggestions, none atleast that won't land me in jail. (I've already thought of that) If any of my buddies out there have any ideas please let me know. I think I'm just destined to be punished.
